The fivefold gift ministries is one of “equipping the saints for the work of ministry” and bringing the body of Christ to maturity (Ephesians 4:11,12). This is accomplished by fivefold ministers who have been recognized as having a discernible and functioning anointing (th e power and presence of Jesus). They have been affirmed by their local elders and the DCFI International Apostolic Council and are called by the Lord and commissioned to work alongside the local elders to identify, acknowledge and stir up the diverse gifts within the body of Christ. The following fivefold ministers are available in celebrations, cell groups, and in special meetings.

Duane has served for the past 30 years in a variety of leadership positions in both the church and business world. He recently retired after serving 17 years as DOVE Westgate’s Senior Pastor & Elder. Duane owns and operates an organizational development consulting and leadership coaching practice which the Britton’s launched in 2008. He holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology/Counseling. Duane’s blend of gifts geared toward equipping leaders and strengthening the body of Christ include teacher, administator, church planter, counselor, mediator and conference/seminar speaker. He and his wife of thiry-five years, Reyna, have a blended family of three adult children and several grandchildren.

Peter served for 15 years with Youth With A Mission, discipling European young people and giving leadership to a YWAM ministry. With a heart for the unreached people, Peter was involved with training and sending long-term church planting teams to Albania and India. Today Peter serves on the DCFI International Apostolic Council, as the Director of DOVE Mission International, as well as a member of the DOVE Europe apostolic team. Wes served in pastoral positions for eighteen years and now ministers as a life coach after being in construction and business for eleven years. His spiritual gift as a teacher has been used to train pastors in Kenya, the Philippines and Ecuador. He has led tours to Israel and encourages others to understand God’s workings in Israel in these days. Wes serves as an elder at Desert Streams Church in Bend, OR. He and his wife, Cindy, have three children and fourteen grandchildren.

Monte’s passion is to impart a deep understanding of the principles of God’s Kingdom. He enjoys partnering with leadership teams, especially in developing discipleship and prophetic prayer ministries. Monte serves as the senior elder of DOVE Community Cell Church in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Sondra, minister together as RTF prophetic prayer counselors. Upon receiving Christ, he was delivered from sin patterns, and given a passion to see others experience forgiveness through Christ. Charlie is the senior elder of The Fireplace Christian Fellowship, Myerstown, PA. Charlie and his wife Heidi have four children.

Larry currently serves as International Director of DOVE Christian Fellowship International (DCFI), a network of churches scattered throughout the world. Larry initially served for 15 years as senior pastor of DOVE Christian Fellowhsip in Pennsylvania, which grew from a single cell group to over 2300 in 10 years. Today, DCFI believers are found meeting in 200 congregations in six continents of the world. An author, Larry has written more than 30 books, including Authentic Spiritual Mentoring, Speak Lord! I’m Listening, House to House and Building Your Personal House of Prayer. Larry earned his Masters of Ministry with a concentration on leadership from Southwestern Christian University. Larry and his wife, LaVerne, have been married 40 years and live in Lititz, Pennsylvania. He has 25 years of experience in cell-based church planting, starting a church in Lebanon, PA, serving as its pastor, and sending out a church plant.
