EMT Training Camp

June 15-19, 2012 at Rosedale Grove, Reading, PA

Dig into God’s Word. Get connected with God while training with other teens. Go out to the streets. Camp also includes team preparation for teens going on outreach (see below).

The Camp and Outreaches are for teens with a serious desire to live the kingdom and reach our world. Your youth leader must affirm you are prepared to be involved in these challenging experiences.

Outreach Teams

June 19-29, 2012

Outreach teams will launch from the camp June 19 and return on June 28. Debriefing will happen at Rosedale Grove June 28 and 29.

Wilmington, Ohio $700

Evangelism, intercession and practical service to those in need with Sugartree Ministry and DOVE Wilmington

GUYANA (Parika) $1700

Evangelism, chidren’s ministry and practical service with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) and the local church

GUYANA (interior) $1800

Travel to river villages by boat for friendship evangelism and children’s ministry with YWAM

PERU $1800

Children’s and youth outreach with Heroes 21, a DOVE church in Peru

JAMAICA $1500

Outreach to children and the needy through YWAM Stones Hope

Details

Can I attend only the training camp? Yes. If you are at least 13 years old.

Can I join an outreach team without attending the training camp? No. Camp attendance is required! You must be 14 years of age to go on outreach. Training camp fees are included in the outreach fee.

When and how do I apply?

Applying for EMT, outreach, and debrief

  • Outreach fees include: training camp fee, flights, local transportation, accommodations and food
  • March 1, Completed application form plus $25 application fee due
  • March 15, 50% of outreach fee due – Now extended to March 30th.
  • May 15, Remaining outreach fee due –  Now extended to on or before May 31.

Applying for EMT only

  • May 15, Application form plus $25 application fee due for those attending camp only
  • May 15, For the discounted rate of $150, camp fee due
  • June 15, Total fee of $165 due at camp registration, if the discounted fee wasn’t received
